Gerard Mullin
Managing Director
Gerard is committed to providing startup support and offers discounted services tailored to clients transitioning from study to self-employment. Gerard's governance journey spans more than 30 years, encompassing various community groups, with a focus on mental health and rangatahi support.
Gerard holds degrees in both commerce and art, with a postgraduate background in community and social work. With over two decades of marital experience to a midwife, he brings firsthand knowledge of midwifery and its unique challenges.
At our accounting firm, we cater specifically to Community-based Midwives. Our goal is to empower and instill confidence in your accounting needs.
Located in Dunedin, servicing New Zealand, our firm is proudly operated by Gerard Mullin. With Gerard's extensive track record of supporting midwives—starting with his wife and assisting over 200 midwives across New Zealand, you can trust him to provide expert guidance tailored to your unique needs.
Kylie Crawford
Business Adviser
Kylie was born and raised in the Mighty Taranaki, with the mountain and the surf on her doorstep, and the strong South Taranaki winds. Today Kylie still resides in South Taranaki, with her husband Kevin, and son Kyin.
Kylie has spent a lot of time upskilling and studying to better her skills and knowledge, she currently holds a Diploma in Accounting and is finishing her Bachelor Degree of Accountancy at Massey University.
She was always destined to be an accountant, following her father’s footsteps, and having a strong passion for numbers. Each and every year she asked Santa for paper, pens, and the latest model calculator.
Kylie has run her own business previously prior to returning as a full time employee. She has a passion for Small Business and helping start ups find their feet on their journey to self employed freedom.
In her spare time, Kylie can be found walking her many dogs and generally doing anything that involves her furbabies and family.
Jordan Mullin
Accounting Clerk
Jordan is the eldest of five, born in Dunedin, she celebrates her Irish and Māori heritage (North Island-Ngāpuhi). Raised by a midwife and an accountant she grew up with late night call outs and birth stories, followed up by watching the never-ending paperwork that followed.
Departing New Zealand to pursue a career in ballet at a young age, Jordan has been living internationally for more than a decade. Immigrating to Brisbane and London before finally calling Berlin her home since 2012. As a professional ballet dancer, Jordan has performed in the Sydney Opera House, Royal Opera House in London, Staatsoper Berlin, and the Beijing Opera House to name a few.
Starting her own family in Germany with husband Chris and their rapidly growing baby girl, there has been lots of talk about a future in New Zealand to be closer to the Grandparents, Uncles and Aunties.
Already Xero certified, Jordan is juggling being a full-time mum while being student and working part time. Looking to get her commerce qualifications when she returns to NZ, Jordan is gaining huge amounts of experience working in the family business.
In her time off, Jordan enjoys walking their Samoyed in the forest, travelling across Europe in a campervan and learning languages. Jordan speaks German fluently and is keen on improving her Spanish.
Cheuk Man Rosie
Marketing Specialist & Admin
Cheuk was born in Hong Kong and emigrated to England with her family when she was 9-years-old and now living in Brisbane Australia since 2018. Cheuk has always been a keen sportswoman, playing competitive tennis from the age of 12 into her young adult life.
On the academic front, Cheuk has a Bachelor of Graphic Design. This background coupled with multiple years working within a dynamic team creating and managing store layouts positions Cheuk brilliantly to manage both the design and layout of the business content to make your life easier.
During her years of employment in the United Kingdom, Cheuk managed multiple people in assorted teams from diverse backgrounds. These skills will be utilised to manage both internal challenges in the business and external discussions with you our valued customers.
Away from work and sport, Cheuk is married to a Kiwi and has two young children. Her husband Dwayne thinks they carry too many of his traits so Cheuk will enjoy a break from their randomness while she focuses on her work at Accounting for Midwives. Cheuk also speaks Cantonese fluently.
